Kelp contains more than 70 vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins and trace elements including: Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Iodine, B vitamins, Magnesium & Vitamin A.  Dose:  1teaspoon  per day for maintenance or  1 tablespoon per day for thyroid function that may be disrupted.
